Job description 

Eagle-IoT by DMS is seeking a motivated Customer Support Officer to join our dynamic team in Dammam. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!  

 

Responsibilities: 

1) Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.

2) Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently. 

3) Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. 

4) Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction. 

5) Collaborate with internal teams to address technical and administrative challenges. 

Qualifications: 

1)Prior customer service experience (preferred).

2)Strong written and verbal communication skills.

3)Proficiency in English & Arabic.

4)Ability to manage pressure and resolve problems effectively.

5)Proficiency in computer applications and customer service software.
